The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer, as well as to any and all Agreements: Customer , You and Your refer to you, the person accessing this site to accept the Company’s terms and conditions. Odemel , Us and Nosso , refer to our Company. Entity , Entities , or Us , refers to both the Client and us, or just the client or us.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to carry out the process of our Customer assistance in the most appropriate manner, whether through formal meetings of fixed duration, or any other means, with the express purpose of fulfill the Client’s needs with regard to the provision of the Company’s services/products, in accordance with and subject to the current law of Rua do Barão, nº 1580.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, upper/lower case and/or he/she or they/they are taken to be interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

Order

1. The User completes his order by completing the purchase process presented on the website https://odemel.com , adding the product(s) or service(s) that you want to order to the shopping cart:

2. To send your order, the User must:
a) Register on the website https://odemel.com , providing the information requested therein.
b) Make the “login” (providing a combination of e-mail and password chosen by the User when registering).
c) Complete the information and choose the options available to you throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the TIN and the name you want, for tax purposes, that appear on the invoice).

3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

4. Truques e Cortesias Lda will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks. In the absence of availability of the product, Truques e Cortesias Lda undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

5. The data contained in the invoice are the User’s responsibility. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.

6. Order requests are valid for 7 (seven) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different period, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period. . If payment is not received by our services within the aforementioned period, the order cannot be validated. Any value received after this date will be returned or used in a new order.

Payment

1. On the website https://odemel.com , Truques e Cortesias Lda offers the User the following payment methods:

a) Multibanco Reference (via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda);
b) Visa and Mastercard Credit Card (via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda);
c) PayPal;
d) Bank Transfer.

2. In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made to the User’s card immediately after confirmation of the shipment of the goods. If some ordered products are sold out, their value will be credited to the User’s card, after the order is closed.

Delivery

1. Delivery of orders takes place within 10 working DAYS after ordering. Delivery is carried out by the company DHL Parcel.

2. Shipping costs are added to the order depending on the value of the order and the country:

a) If the purchase is made in Portugal and the value of the order is less than €50, the value of 5 (five) euros will be added to the order for shipping costs;
b) If the purchase is made in Portugal and the value of the order is equal to or greater than €50, shipping costs are free;
c) If the purchase is made in Spain and the value of the order is less than €100, the value of 15 (fifteen) euros must be added to the order for shipping costs;
d) If the purchase is made in Spain and the value of the order equal to or greater than €100, shipping costs are free;
e) If the purchase is made in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Switzerland or Sweden, add the value to the order 30 (thirty) euros for shipping costs;
f) If the purchase is made in another location, the value of 300 (three hundred) euros will be added to the order for shipping costs, but the value may be revised on a case-by-case basis.

Prices

1. Prices must be understood in Euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.

2. If there is an increase in the price of any product, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or to cancel it.
